i wouldnt be too worried about it if it's a recruitment agency who rejected it. They are generally people with no design skill or knowledge who just read cv's. as soon as they see you have no experience with london agencies, some may disregard you altogether.
When i first got here, one well known recruitment joint rejected my cv saying i hadn't worked for a top 20 agency and thats who their clients are. I was quite pissed off at first but 3 days later i got work with London's No1 agency and was there for over a month freelancing and then moved on to get a great full time job elsewhere. Dont take it as an insult. But you definaltely should be goin for more Junior - mid weight stuff.
