Also if your a junior be proactive. Design a mailer/promo piece that talks about you and your work. get a list of agencies you would love to work for, get names and start hitting them.
I would never ever rely on Recruitment Agencies ever. THey are only out for themselves and don't make much money out of getting juniors jobs.
You really have to buts ya balls to get there. Also sepnd a few days in London and just knock on people's doors 5 times out of 10 you will get to see a senior or CD and they can offer you advice on your book.
