No offence Ben/Conrete but you're only 22 with no formal design qualifications and limited in-house experience. I'm not surprised your CV was rejected for a mid-weight job.
You should be applying for junior positions only.
It's nothing to do with the design of your CV (although it could be improved) it's more the content.
It doesn't show any experience with other well-known London studios be it as a placement, freelance or full-time designer.
You'll need a lot more experience before you can apply for mid-weight jobs at well known london studios.
My advice, get in touch with a recruitment agency and they will tell you what level to apply at and find the right kind of places.
