i was having a rough client day yesterday, yon b-law-unto-himself. today is better.

i actually enjoy making clients aware of what actually goes into websites. i'm still fascinated by the magic of it and sometimes i can speak really passionately about it. the client ends up learning something new and feeling better about the end result.
