    statements like this throw me off his theory just because it's so relative...i have always had lots of friends, friends of all differnt types, some were 'popular' some wwere weridos some were nerds some were druggies, whatever, but i think that exposure to different types of people is what in the beginning spawned my creativity, however, once i was out of high school and without that social base i noticed i had to stick to more like minded individuals to sustain a certain amount of focus and insight into what i was doing...i'm not saying i'm a genius but that seems to be major factor in generating a certain amount of success...the first and fore most factor in my mind is the cliche "genius is 1% insipration and 99% perspiration", i don't care what type of person you are, where you grew up who your parents are nothing makes up for hard work...nothing
