you definitely have a problem with the duplication of "en" Anyone notices that rightaway. The solutions so far aren't working. Why the plusminus ( although I know, I know a plus sign is the sign for graphic designers)it just confuses the wordmark. Plus or minus a letter is kind of clear.
v2 is hard to read and figure out.
This might be a case of going against what is obvious for a simpler solution.
