I've only been here for about a year. I've heard all the horror stories though. Each department is run differently. I'm on shopping and out P.D. / C.D. A.D. are all awesome. They have worked at real agencies and know what has gone on outside the gated wall while AOL was it's own world. Our environment is awesome and laid back.
As for campus life, yeah the cafeterias are awesome. Yes they did build the daycare here. It's almost it's own school right next to campus. I'll be sticking my kid in there in about a year if I'm still here. (I tend to move around a lot but I'm trying to stop.)
