apple: so it sounds like its a software problem
me: really i dont think so, i installed the firm ware update, checked everything on everything
apple: i think firm ware installation was done wrong.
me: so you are telling me that i am such an idiot that i am unable to double click

me: i can just tell you what the steps were.. download, double click, select the airport than install

manager: ok hi there my name is troy so whats wrong with your express? anyways so yeah you know i never heard of anything like that happening before, wel than my friend todd his was broken but i got him to exchange it here cause thats waht we do, if somethig is wrong we make it exchange. any problem with you have let us know and we will take care of it. apple is about quality and we stand by it. like yeah, so i talked to that customer relations, whats his name, whats his name, yes that guy, and yes he told me all the problems you had and i am so sorry to hear that so listen tell me whats going on and we can fix it.
