The longest for me was from Mexico to Melbourne.
2.5 hours from mexico to Houston, wait about 3 hours there, then like 3 or 4 hours from houston to LA, and wait 7 hours in LA, then like around 14 hours from LA to Sydney and wait 2 hours there and finally 1 more hour from Sydney to Melbourne.
Felt as fresh as a cucumber once I got off the airplane in Melbourne eventhough i did not sleep during the flights.The way back felt worse. melbounrne-la-vancouver.
The time I felt like crap was after my flight from vancouver to Tokyo. 10 hours. no sleep. just movies and photoshop with my laptop. I couldn't keep my eyes open in the car on the way to my friends' house. Slept that day from like 8 pm until the next day at 10pm.
