  true, this decade does seem like a war decade w/o a hippie movement.

  in my personal broad perception, i guess you could say we are now full-force in the digital age, and it in itself plays the major role on our style and trends.

  however, i'm still looking for more detailed cultural styles that can be defined for our current decade... such as music, art, clothing, or obvious changes in the American way of thought.
