The Bible is the #1 Best Selling work of Fiction, ever. There is so much in the Bible we can't prove, but for many its from this book that they derive their faith. Believe whatever you want, but don't condemn a movie because it offers a different interpretation of religious history.
I heard somewhere there was a huge protest for "The Last Temptation of Christ" when it first came out, and I believe it helped out the movie in theatres, many didn't know about it but the contraversy created a huge buzz. Is the same thing happening again?
