One of my favourite past times. I'm planning on buying a telescope in the future...maybe ask my parents for one for my birthday. Anyone know any good ones out there?
I think my dad also has binoculars somewhere around the house, but my roof is a great place to just lie down on and watch everything. The moon and stars are so visible in the suburbs.
dinky, I also agree about the watching neighbours part. Once I was bored and decided to use my old binocs to look at neighbours. These really annoying kids who live across from us got REALLY scared. After they saw something (I doubt they saw who I was), they screamed and ran off away from the room I could see.
It was funny.
