so you want us to critique Michael's design, or your actual resume? A bit odd to request a crit on someone else's layout right?
no that I mind really – it's a straight Swiss gridded 4 col layout, and it's nice and clean...one recommendation would be to use a color for the headers...something so that the eye can easily jump to different columns without getting confused as to what's what. 4 columns is a lot on a Letter page, but you always score points for something a little bit different
