i am currently learning meditation. not really about trance or whatever. but i am practising it as my psyhologist is very specialized in this...

in the beginning i thought it was rather odd and i wasn't really open for it, but since i practised some more it does indeed make you feel more relaxed and you can learn to look down on problems and see them only as tiny little bugs that should not harm you.

in other words, what i am learning is breathing, physical sensibility combined with mental "redirection", make yourself the center of the now. no past, no future, this is the core of it. the more you master it the more relaxed and self-secure you will become.

i am not kidding when i say i would have probably killed myself a while ago if it wasn't for my psychologist to gently and patiently (but surely) got me into this. one year ago i would have laughed at this, bloody cynical i was about everything... but the insane amount of cynicism turned out to be a mechanism of despair and defence.

the best thing that comes out of this is that i learned not to care what people think/say/write about you (well, not as much as before anyway) and thus you come closer to your innerself, the deepest self you were when you were born.

not the current (adult) self; completely shaped and misformed by experiences of hate, power abuse, struggle for status and wealth, verbal and physical abuse etc.etc.

unfortunately i am still having lots of troubles though as i have too little time for it and unfortunately i cannot make much more time for it as i have too many shit to get done and must make a bit of money along as well...
