a bit of all round to be honest - Rand.
Their product is no different to the thousands of other companies selling it.
I only offer them good search engine placement and a nice site. I've done that.
They make no effort to refresh the site or indeed market it. Which really pisses me off.
But very good points have been raised. Its not number of visitors to the site. Its the quality of targetted traffic. This company could have one person buying their product through the site and its paid for itself. So who cares if it only gets 45 visitors a month.
Must be the friday sunshine - but I feel better.
