you can also play the videos directly in director w full controls and all that stuff if thats an option for you? quicktime with sorenson is the best wayy to go (if you have to keep sure that it runs also on old machines don´t use sorenson "3"!)
if you need that control thing i can drop you a ready to use file that i made back in school.
