I'm pretty sure they won't. My one friend is a real estate agent for Ryan Homes and does little communities like that.
I think you're really sort of stuck with particular outsides, and on the inside you have total control.
Of doorknobs, woodwork, whether you want an electric or gas stove, etc. hehe.
