Ponyboy, try a few Tylenol PMs.
They worked well for me when I had a few weeks where I couldn't sleep. If you do take them though really give yourself a full 8 hours of sleep or you'll be fekked trying ot wake up with only 6 hours of sleep having 2 more to go with the pills.
Also, take them an hour before bed, and just before bed take a warm shower.
