I'm sorry to hear that man.
But that is the price you pay to be a beta tester, I say this all the time.People rush to get the latest thing out and pay higher prices for a product it's not yet finished, It's great for apple, cause they start selling earlier, and great for the rest of us that wait untill the product is ready to be used. But for beta testers, it's a huge risk, I work freelance too, I don't know how can you afford to take a big chance like this, and I find it strange also that apple is not paying you to test the computer.
