um... give it back?
I bought a 30" Cinema Display and decided I didnt really want a display that big.. they came and picked it up and gave me a full refund. It was easy and all part of the service.
If you've got a serious problem I cant believe they wont deal with it. You've just got to talk to the right people and be polite and firm..
