I don't really have the giggles but a funny thing happened last night.
For the past 3 weeks my fiance' has been getting quite a few unknown caller phone calls.
She's been freaking out thinking it's some stalker from her gym, who has her number and is trying to get in touch with her. 80% of the time she doesn't pick up, the other 20% she was picking up and no one was there.
At the Sox game Sunday they called twice, both times I picked up the phone and asked who it was... nothing.
So last night I'm laying on the couch and the phone rings... 'unknown caller.' I had had enough. I picked up and it went something like this...
me: "HELLO!?! WHO IS THIS!!??......... HELLO!!"
nothing.... nothing... nothing...
me: "WHO IN THE FUCK KEEPS CALLING MY PHONE!?"
nothing... nothing...
man: 'um... sir *voice crackles... sir I'm calling for Michelle xxxx... I'm with her credit card service.'
me: 'WHAT!?! who is this dude stop FUCKING AROUND!'
man: *crackles... um... I'm with Express...
me: *thinking (oh shit) Michelle it's for you!
Turns out Michelle was 2 months late on her credit card. The fuckers called her 102 times in three weeks. ONE HUNDRED AND TWO! All for $35 she owed on the balance.
Can you fucking believe that?!
I was yelling at the dude and it turns out it was probably some young kid shitting his pants.
haha. I was laughing cause they called her 102 times and not once did she pick up or stay on the phone fucking long enough to find out who it was. Ugh...
