Actually, at my last job I saw many a guys not wash afterwards... now I'm almost OCC.
Not only do I wash my hands after everything, but I havn't touched a door knob (other than the ones in my own home) in about 2 years. It's either with the towel, or, if there isn't one like in public somewhere I'm using the bottom of my shirt.
And, I have a small bottle of the no water hand wash. :/
