I like my clock from last year better (no content, empty template)

the popup is not necessary as the size of your site is very small anyway
the nav is very confusing and the icons do not at all denote what the buttons represent
as far as attracting clients with this slow choppy animation... I doubt you will
I suggest you start over completely and read books on html, css, and the grid system if you really do want to persue acquiring clients
that thing reminds me of 1998
