I can't believe how worked up people are getting!
How does anyone know the person taping even thought the kid would actually cry. He might just have wanted to see him jump, it's just a practical joke!
If this one event scars the child, I assure there are underlying issues!
As well, I'll wager once the kid settled down, he thought it was great! Kids are like that!
