re your comment on disabled kids: I think you are misguided here, treating disabled kids is not some blanketed black and white issue, that depends on the individual just as it should with 'normal' kids. I can tell you that if I was playing this gag I would play the same gag on a physically disabled kid as this has no bearing on whether or not he/she is disabled, if they had learning difficulties or emotional problems then obviously that would be different.
