I guess I'm waiting a few weeks to get it from the usa.. although the prices in that book won't be relevant.. perhaps I should find a UK book..

I always put source files are extra into the contract. And if its just some quick freelance stuff I put it in email that source files are extra so they know up front. Nothing worse then fighting over something when the jobs over. Its hard to get more work that way...
