i think 5 is very limiting, but here are a few that come to mind in no particular order.
pink floyd - wish you were here
at the drive in - relationship of command
metallica - kill em all, lightning, or puppets (all are essential)
you know what..screw it most of the stuff i like isn't "top 5 of all time" worthy
