yeah. take that piece of shit back to the apple store and get another one. I went thru 4 20g fourth gen. iPods. Every one of them ended up freezing up after going thru the "clicks of death". I used my iPod maybe 6 hours a week. Fuckin shitty ass product. My one year warranty is over now and I have a dead iPod siting on the floor of my office. I'm gonna Office Space that bitch...
