I'm getting close to that time too. :)
We've been together 3 1/2 years, and something lately has really made me feel like it's time. I've always known it, and I guess now I'm wondering why I've waited so long.
I think I've just grown up around people who took their time and it rubbed off on me.
It's just stressing to think about shopping for a ring, buying it, how to pay for it. saving a little more money, will it be the right one, what if it's not a carat, etc. I know it shouldn't be a stressful thing though.
