i work freelance from my apartment and have a roommate who does the same.
One morning I went into the bathroom and the floor was a huge water puddle. So I took a shower and left it there. (the others had both showered earlier, so they can clean it up)
Next thing you know my room mate is totally spazzing at me for not cleaning it. He says he was there 20 mins earlier and it was totally dry.
However, he was also mad that I didn't hang the mat up to dry. (How did the mat get wet if the floor was dry?)
Basically, I wasn't taking his shit. So he ended up getting all up in my face. He yelled at me for an hour, calling me names and saying all kinds of stupid shit.
I just walked out. Since I had a meeting to go to. He slammed the door at me really hard. Luckily it missed, but it actuall broke the door.
I was afraid to come home because I thought he would stab me as soon as I walked in.
When I came back, he just pretended like nothing ever happened. Never apologised or anything.
And the shower, I was using my technique that keeps the floor dry that day as always. And in subsequent days I'd notice him bringing in the mop to soak some of his puddle again..
So the whole thing was really his fault it seems to me. I tihnk also, that he might be gay and his room is able to see into mine.. so that's kindof fucked. I have to take evasive manouvers for privacy.
