Personally, I like paying people per job. Sort of a contract for said work. Then the more they work the more they can make. It weeds out some people that don't work hard and dick around all day surfing NT. I've had people say "man, I am making so much more money, its great." So it breaks it down to, time is their money. Nuff said.
Oh and I have an excel sheet that keeps track of jobs. One a week. That way I can see whos doing what and When it will be done so I can plan the next job for them. Just makes sence. You need to keep good books. Its a must for every solid business.
