A few years back, the San Diego Zoo had a group of parrots escape, and since then they've all pro-created and populated my little town of Ocean Beach. Now, every morning at sunrise, dozens of parrots, sitting on telephone lines, squawking so riducously loud, it's seriously chaos. I swear you think some lady's getting hacked up outside your window.
