I don't deny the acting was very sincere & some of the cinematography was just lovely, especially the closeup of her face in the jail cell at the end. Balsy & thoughtful, yes. But not profound. It didn't move me. It didn't inspire me. It didn't really even entertain me. And most importantly, I didn't learn anything from it.
Don't think it was a bad film by any means, but it wasn't exactly an epic either.
