i used to run, but it's really hard on the knees. but basically, i'd do short runs (2-5 miles) monday, wednesday, and friday, and a long run (5-10 miles) saturdays.
but... now i swim and cycle. swimming is the best low-impact, all body workout. and cycling is just fun! i'm way more fit now than i was when i just ran.
