    That's quite an assumption. Being a Christian, I am not for the school system telling my kids about religion. Fifty years ago when the country was much more uniform in their beliefs, no big deal. But now, it would just be a bomb waiting to go off.

    Also, don't say "they" without defining "they" - If "they" are "Christians" I don't like being thrown under that bus.

    And for arguements sake - in most public schools posters for "religious clubs" - say a Bible study that meets before school aren't against the rules. So, I wouldn't be opposed to a poster for Hebrew School or an Islamic fundraiser. If the teacher had a statue of Budha and was indoctrinating the kids with such, yet I would be opposed as I assume you would (if you're going to be consistent).
