  Hey Paco Taco,
  Yes, it depends on the zoom.

  It also depends on if you have a nested clip that is scaled down. So if your parent clip is at 50% scale and you move the nested child clip ONE CLICK, its actually moving it at .5 pixel increments.

  Likewise, if your parent clip is at 200% scale and you move your child clip ONE CLICK, it moves it at 10 pixel increments.
