To me, the kerning is off. Too tight on "Asset" a little looser on "Mortgage" and really loose on the "Of Hawaii." Plus, the space between "Asset" and "Mortgage" is so small that you might as well be running the two words together and let the color differentiate them.
Maybe using a color other than black on the black copy could help liven things up a bit more. something in the melon/cantaloupe family or a familiar native flower color perhaps?
