    Banner ads are a BIG no-no as far as I'm concerned...I'd never click on one because they are annoying.

    Gotta agree to disagree with you there. Our company makes shitloads of money for clients serving up web banners.

    Depends on the product/service, and depends on the audience.

    I agree with Robotron about a combined effort. "Multichannel" is a big buzz word in the industry now. The more integrated, the more the client gets sold on it frequently.
