    If you can get the recruiter to be on your side, you'll get better opportunities. On your first few assignments, work your butt off and impress your supervisors -- they're the ones who will give feedback to your recruiter. If your recruiter feels like you're doing a good job, you'll be getting much better rates. Remember, better rates for you means better percentages for your recruiter.
