Whether I am ready or not is besides the point the fact is that I am put in a situation where after a year of steady growth I need to hire on employees to handle the workflow.
I have an understanding of business and its processes as I have been involved in many aspects of developing the company I work for prior to the addition of the design side.
I came to NT to look for past experience and processes that may differ in the creative industry.
For the past year I have handled all the design work so I could tailor the work to my likes. I just want the transition for new employees to be as seamless as possible.
