  Well I have a color bridge that is coated and its a good start. But horton is right, CMYK fluctuates alot.
  The conversions from Pantone are as follows:
  PMS -1797

  C: 2, M: 98, Y: 85, K: 7
  R: 196, G: 38, B: 46
  HTML# C4262E

  You can convert in illustrator and cross check with these.
