Is it possible to add a subdomain as mail.yourserver.com?
I figure that it wouldn't be a good idea, since that's the server address for your email.
Anyways, in the box "Domain to Host", you'd add the address without the http:// protocol (or at least that's how I do it).
I.e. subdomain.yourdomain.com
