Nice and clean, top colours better, Is it for health food, cosmetics etc. As thats the fealing I get from it. The tracking/Kerning could do with some work though in particular the n and t in esseNTial and the y on the end of tuscanY could be a bit tighter. I'd also maybe line the U under the T with so it creates a clean line, see how that looks, phew think I'll stop there, other wise nice enough.
As for dos logos jesus if you went and looked through that book hard enough you'll find any thing that resembles anything. Depends on HOW much it resembles it. I don't know if those books are inspiring or disheartening!
