    Thanks but where should I begin, Ive seen those overthenet name change packages that sell for like 40 bucks, is it legal or they just send you a paper with your new name saying Congrats, you are now known as Gaylord Focker, take care! Where should i go to begin the process?

    Lawyer or call a Notary Public and ask them for the correct forms. They might charge you..?
