About a year ago I got a $53 ticket for "not cramping my wheels towards a curb".
Now I'd understand if that happend on a busy street in SF or something, but this was a pseudo-street in a private condo complex with maybe a 1 degree hill at most!!
Complete BS. And yes I paid it cuz if i didn't the fine would double in 90 days or osmeting.
