Hopefully he'll be placated... I was just shocked to find the only thing I had to work with was a quark file and some tiffs and this crazy-assed marked up proof with all these snide comments on it... It would be one thing If I had built the file... Feel Free to tear into me but his sorry ass is the one who created the document with his stepped and repeated text boxes.and his sloppy ass quark paths cutting into logos. I would love to live in a world where the quark fairies turn my crappy as quark 4 doc into a beautiful indesign looking document. Isn't there some sort of test you have to take before becoming an Art Director? I guess happiness is knowing he''l never be able to leave his current job cuz life on the streets would be tough. Throw indesign at him! Quark 4 to InDesign CS2? That's not a learning curve that's a learning wall!
