why don't you print out each, with a short description and put it in a manilla folder and leave it on his desk while he's out to lunch.

(Jan 30 06, 08:10)Maybe something along those lines. And I'd rather find a way to talk to the IT guy as a warning that he may get some unexpected shit from someone over this. Find a gentle way to let him know about things like "civil rights violation" and "workplace" descrimination.
