    I've done it with hebrew-where the problem is different writing direction.

    you should probably take CMS into account—it may not be so simple.

    Also, in some languages-different browsers provide different support (or flash-doesn't provide support at all).

    also take into account space each language may take—the same sentence in german. for example, will take up much more space than the english version.
