haha bottlerocket, i've had a few surcharges in my time.
the tax is easy to calculate, its where you stand with payments on account which gets confusing.
i was dead luck this morning, i got thro to the office by phone woul you beleive and the young lady helped me out with my paymennts on account status and she worked out the actual amount i owe ...so no surcharges this year for me
