i like 1
but that concept has been used alot
reason i say i like 1 is cause it can translate well in small to large scale. bit more spacing with the inner lines since if it does go smaller, the lines will disappear.
great work though
not sure about 4, it does not disthinguish from other letters if it was the have other text beside or around it.
stacked logo tends to be hard to manage with in combination with other letters
also that one has two equally strong elements to it that it would be hard to break up
